Delivery information for Trade Customers
Trade account customers can now order ANY stocked goods up to 5pm ONLINE for FREE Next Day Delivery, from our fully stocked ranges of Fresh, Frozen, Chilled, Ambient and Non-Foods.
So Trade account customers can now place an order online by 5pm any day including Sunday evening for Monday delivery.
Telephone orders for Trade account customers are still available up to 5pm Monday to Friday for Next Day Delivery.
Excluded from next day delivery are products marked as :
- Nevilles
- Day 1 for day 3
- Fruits
Delivery Information for Guest Customers
Delivery time via our third party courier partners is 2 to 3 working days using Standard Delivery, which for most postcodes is £5.99 (ex VAT) per order.
Please note: We do NOT offer timed deliveries for customers using our courier services.

Orders are checked for stock availability at the time they are placed, and you will be notified if delivery is going to be delayed. Should we be unable to deliver, we will let you know by email or by phone. If you wish to cancel the order at this time, your payment will be refunded in full.
When your order has been packed ready for despatch, you will receive an email from our Carrier giving the Consignment No. and the delivery day. There will also be a link to allow you to track your order on the Carrier’s website.
When you're filling out your Delivery Address, please remember we need an address where someone will be there to sign for and receive the order - our carrier makes a charge for repeat delivery attempts if no-one is available.
Due to a decrease in the cost of CO2, we have been able to reduce the cost of our additional frozen packaging charges to £7.99 (Per Item) for large and £5.99 (Per Item) for standard frozen items ordered by non-trade customers for delivery
There are exceptions for remote destinations, Highlands & Islands.
- UK is England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland plus nearby islands EXCLUDING the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
- Working Day is Monday to Friday inclusive, excluding Bank Holidays.
- Due to the complexities and extended transit times associated with shipping frozen goods across the Irish Sea to Northern Ireland, we unfortunately cannot offer delivery for these items at this time.
